SCOPE:

After Market Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of all After-Market Goods. Maintains communication with new customers and salvage brokers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from post-outlet clothing bales and salvage sales.
• Collaborate with salvage brokers to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the after-market and salvage sales industry, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Manage the sales and provide guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the after-market and salvage sales sector.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities or challenges.
• Be comfortable in a warehouse environment. Use proper safety measures to ensure a safe environment.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, presenting them to senior management for review.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Compile all financial data and keep accurate logs for end-of-month reporting to the finance team.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers and salvage brokers.
• Keep accurate logs and financial data to be reconciled and end of month.
• Identify new areas of potential sales and execute.
• Maintain strong communication with Director on all matters.
• Some driving may be required
• Other duties as assigned.

OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Demonstrate by words and actions a commitment to the Goodwill mission by advocating for and assisting persons experiencing homelessness to become more independent.
• Perform or assist with any duties or operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules, keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Participate in any variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve issues and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Experience and education equivalent to Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in Sales preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• General office environment
• Ability to lift at least 25lb.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:

Computer and peripherals, word processing, spreadsheets, software programs, safety equipment, and a variety of standard office equipment.

Pay Rate: $19.23/Hr.
